I have not checked in here for a while as I thought it was getting boring, but the last several posts are good quality and hard work, especially this one about cooking recipes and potato salad recipe, so I guess I will add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend.
I've never been a big wine drinker, so don't know a lot about it. But I used to work in a lab and know the basics of zymurgy. Used to make beer, meed, and apple jack.
Most welcome. Merlot will be a nice match. You want to open one of these bottles and check how the wine has aged. I know nothing of Hungarian merlot, but 12 years starts to be quite a bit if that wine has not been crafted to age well.
